Terms of Service

Last updated: August 29, 2026

These Terms apply to your use of Anviah.

By using Anviah, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the app.

If you download Anviah from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

About Anviah

Anviah is a personal wellness and organization app designed to support people through fertility journeys.

It can help you organize your treatment, follow your journey, care for yourself, and find emotional support along the way.

Anviah is designed as a personal companion, not as a clinical or medical system.

Anviah is not medical care

Anviah does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, fertility predictions, or emergency services.

It is not a contraceptive and should not be used to prevent pregnancy.

Anviah does not replace your doctor, clinic, nurse, pharmacist, therapist, or other care professional.

If anything in Anviah differs from instructions given by your care team, always follow your care team.

For questions about medications, treatment, symptoms, test results, or urgent concerns, contact an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service.

Using Anviah responsibly

You are responsible for the information you enter into Anviah and for how you use it.

Medication, appointment, and task reminders are organizational tools based on information you provide. They do not prescribe, verify, adjust, or manage your treatment.

The Timeline helps organize your fertility journey using the information and dates you enter. Any dates, steps, day counts, or treatment paths shown in the Timeline are planning aids only. They are not medical predictions or confirmation that an event will happen.

Always confirm treatment instructions, medication timing, appointments, results, and next steps with your care team.

Who can use Anviah

Anviah is intended for people aged 16 and older.

If the law where you live requires consent from a parent or guardian to use Anviah or agree to these Terms, you may use Anviah only with that consent.

Anviah is intended for personal, non-commercial use. It is not designed for healthcare providers, clinics, insurers, employers, or other organizations to manage patients or provide care.

You may not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, resell, or unlawfully copy the app or its content.

Trial and purchase

Anviah offers a free 14-day trial with full access to the app. The trial begins when you choose to start it.

After the trial, a one-time purchase gives you continued access to Anviah. There is no subscription or recurring charge.

The price shown in the App Store for your region applies at the time of purchase and may change over time.

If your trial ends without a purchase, Anviah becomes read-only. You can continue to view everything you have already added, and your information stays on your device. Creating and changing information becomes available again after purchase. Data backup, in Settings, also requires a purchase.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Anviah does not receive your payment details.

You can restore a previous purchase using the Apple Account used to make that purchase.

The purchase is not enabled for Family Sharing.

A one-time purchase gives you access for as long as Anviah remains available and compatible with your device. It does not guarantee that Anviah or any particular feature will remain available forever.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

Partner mode

Partner mode is optional and allows two people who both choose to participate to share certain parts of a fertility journey.

The primary user chooses whether to invite a partner. Either person can end the connection at any time.

A connected partner does not need to purchase Anviah separately. Their access to shared Partner mode features depends on the primary user’s access.

A connected partner can view shared Garden and cycle progress, and may add or update shared appointments, medications, tasks, questions, and Partner mode notes.

Some information always remains private, including the Journal, mood check-ins, Care information, private Timeline notes, and activities in Calm.

Our Privacy Policy explains in more detail what is and is not shared.

Do not use Partner mode to send abusive, threatening, harassing, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate content.

If someone sends you content like this, you can end the connection immediately in Settings, which permanently stops all sharing between you. You can also report a concern to hello@anviah.com.

Anything copied outside Anviah, such as a screenshot, is outside Anviah’s control.

Home Screen widget

Anviah offers an optional Home Screen widget, Today & tomorrow, that may display information from your Plan or Garden.

Anyone who can see your Home Screen may also be able to see the information displayed by the widget.

You choose whether to add the widget and can remove it at any time.

Your information and privacy

Anviah is designed to store your fertility information locally on your device by default.

Optional features such as iCloud sync and Partner mode may use Apple services to synchronize or share information you choose.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Anviah handles your information, iCloud sync, Partner mode, backups, notifications, App Lock, and data deletion.

Your content

You keep ownership of the journal entries, photos, notes, questions, care information, and other personal content you add to Anviah.

You are responsible for the content you add and for making sure you have the right to use it.

Anviah content

The Anviah app, including its design, code, text, artwork, audio, name, and other materials, belongs to Anviah or its licensors.

Some resources used in Anviah, including certain visual, audio, or other creative materials, may have been generated or assisted by artificial intelligence tools. Anviah uses those resources for commercial purposes under the applicable commercial licences or permissions. Any resource-specific rights or restrictions remain subject to the terms that apply to that resource.

Some materials may be licensed, open source, or used under separate permissions. Where applicable, those materials remain subject to their respective licences or terms.

You may use Anviah content only as part of your personal use of the app unless you have permission to use it otherwise.

Feedback

If you choose to send us feedback, you allow Anviah to use your suggestions to improve the app without an obligation to compensate or credit you.

Sending feedback is always optional.

Availability and changes

Anviah may change over time. Features may be added, updated, paused, or removed.

We aim to keep Anviah available and working reliably, but we cannot guarantee that the app or every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Your personal entries remain yours. After purchase, the primary user can use Data backup, in Settings, to export a password-protected copy of their Anviah history.

Ending your use of Anviah

You can stop using Anviah at any time.

You can use Erase Anviah data, in Settings, or uninstall the app. If you use iCloud sync, additional steps may be needed to remove information already stored in iCloud.

Our Privacy Policy explains how local and iCloud data can be deleted.

Limits of responsibility

Anviah is provided as a personal wellness and organization tool.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anviah is not responsible for medical decisions, treatment outcomes, care instructions, or decisions made based on information entered into or displayed by the app.

Anviah is also not responsible for interruptions or loss caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, such as device problems or outages affecting Apple services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties, or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited where you live.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, except where mandatory laws where you live provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer or other legal rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when Anviah changes or when legal requirements change.

When we do, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.
